Payment is accepted via Paypal when you book your session, at checkout.

A Birth Chart Reading relies on the accuracy of your day, month, year of birth as well as accurate place of birth and time of birth. At checkout you will be prompted to enter this information and if it cannot be submitted, is vague or obscure, please note that Stephanie reserves the right to contact you and refund your reading. The accuracy of your experience is dependent on correct birth information

If you don't know your exact time of birth and wish to go ahead with your reading, please contact Stephanie.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy:

If you cancel an appointment less than 24hrs in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. 

When you cancel 24 hours in advance or more, there is no fee.

At this time Stephanie isn't offering in person consultations or sessions.

Happily, in terms of accuracy and content, in-person and Zoom-hosted readings are equal. 

If applicable, please provide your birth data at checkout, prior to your reading. You will be prompted for this information.

This includes your full birth date, your exact time of birth (as exact as you can get it!) as well as your city and country of birth. An exact time and location (city and country) are needed for the accurate casting of your chart.  (i.e. January 1, 1989 11:03pm Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
